GES Canada is the official Show Services provider appointed for the 67th Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference and Exhibition and will offer exhibitors the following services:

    • Online Ordering thru Expresso;
    • Specialty Furnishings;
    • Carpet & Underpadding;
    • Plants;
    • Signs & Graphics; 
    • Installation & Dismantling Labour; 
    • In-Booth Forklift; 
    • Material Handling;
    • Shipping;
    • Booth labour; and 
    • Storage of empty storage containers.

    Take advantage of up to 30% discount off the Regular Price, by ordering on or before the Advance Date of October 6, 2017.

    All materials must be properly labeled and identifiable.

    No deliveries will be accepted by the Shaw Conference Centre. Freight shipped to the facility risk the chance of having their freight refused by the convention centre. Exhibitors must make prior arrangements with GES Canada for advance storage warehouse and material handling.

    Any freight remaining on the show floor at the time of GES Canada vacating the premises will be forced-freight to their warehouse, unless prior arrangements have been made. Material handling fees will apply and are at the exhibitor’s expense.

    GES Canada will be on-site during the move-in and move-out process to assist exhibitors.

    Customs Brokerage

    Mendelssohn Commerce is the appointed Customs Broker for the 67th Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference and Exhibition. For exhibitors shipping material from the USA or overseas, we recommend that you deal directly with this Customs Broker for all your customs needs.

    They will assist exhibitors in the completion of the necessary customs documents and help facilitate the movement of your material into Canada. All shipping, receiving, and packing cases of display materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor and the shipping company.
